What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
With proper care and cleaning, Pro Lash strips can be reused up to 25 times. Always store them in their original case to maintain their shape.
