At Pro Lash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
